Hi, my name is David and I’m the creator of EntrepreneurshipFacts. What started out as an Instagram page for my favorite inspirational quotes on business and entrepreneurship (and life in general, really), the page has now grown and influenced the lives of nearly half a million followers as of this writing.
Since most of my content touches on entrepreneurship and business, I found that a lot of my readers @entrepreneurshipfacts are eager to start a business. However, many of them do not know how and where to start, lack the means or capital, and have little to no experience in running a business. The same situation I was in just a few years ago. After working a corporate 9-to-5 over two summers while I was in university, I knew sitting in a cubicle is definitely not something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I was bored out of my mind and drowning in endless paperwork, day-in and day-out. The job strengthened my resolve to pursue my passion for entrepreneurship. So, I started exploring the possibilities of online businesses in my last year of school.
By the time I graduated (with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, fittingly enough. Although, I truly believe it is not necessary at all in today digital world.), I was already making full-time income from my online gig. It wasn’t crazy money, but definitely was more than what an average fresh university graduate would make. Moreover, it gives me the freedom to work online with just my laptop and smartphone. That means I get to choose my own schedule, work from anywhere, and travel the world whenever I want to. All this, without getting tied to a regular 9-5 and the financial pressure in getting a “secure and stable” job. To me, this kind of freedom is priceless.
Funny enough, I often found myself working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week… and the only reason I am able to do that is because I am actually enjoy doing what I do.
Fast forward to now, I’ve made money online with digital publishing, dropshipping, print on demand, social media marketing and affiliate marketing. Half of what I make from those are already passive income. Now, I also dabble in real estate investing, stocks, and cryptocurrencies; investment vehicles that are made possible by my online activities.
When I started, I knew absolutely nothing about making money online. All I had was the willingness to learn and my unrelenting passion to be my own boss. Most of the lessons I learned (and still learning) was through a lot of trial and errors. They say the best way to learn something is to teach. And this ultimately is what this website is all about. To simply share with you the knowledge and experience I’ve accumulated (and still accumulating) in my journey to financial freedom, in the hope of somehow helping you in yours.
I won’t pass myself as a know-it-all online expert to sell you get-rich-quick schemes and courses. This is not that kind of site. Everything that you’ll find here are the things I’ve learned over the years in making money online. If you haven’t yet made money online (or have but want to make more), then I’m confident this blog will be of great help. If you finally want to start on your journey towards financial freedom and escape the rat race once and for all, then I invite you to stay and learn. If I was able to do it, so can you.
